This deep tiered wedding cake was created for a lovely couple who had their wedding at Holdsworth House in Halifax, and was inspired by the bride’s lace dress, and the pearls she was wearing. The wedding cake consisted of a base tier of vanilla sponge with white chocolate ganache and passionfruit preserve. A middle tier of rich chocolate cake with belgian chocolate ganache, and the top tier was brandied fruit cake to please the more traditional guests!!
The fabulous Claudette of Fleur De Lys Florist in Hebden Bridge created the exquisite fresh flower displays which adorn the wedding cake :0)
And, the vintage china cup and saucer was used with a string of vintage pearls and a couple of Claudette’s roses to complete the display…we never leave a lonely wedding cake at your venue!!
